EVENTS FOR EVERYONE

Where the unexpected becomes unforgettable

Projekt 3488 is a design-led wedding venue in Warburton at the edge of the Yarra Valley — where Melbourne’s creative spirit meets the calm of the mountains.

It’s a space made for creative, immersive celebrations: intimate, atmospheric and deeply personal.

A venue that feels close to the city, but a world apart.

Nothing standard. Everything intentional.

what sets us apart?

Projekt 3488 wasn’t built to be a wedding venue — it became one through people, connection, and a sense that the space just felt right.

The energy, the architecture, the openness — it grew from a personal journey: one shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a search for belonging.
That spirit is still at the heart of everything we do.

This is a place made to feel warm, welcoming, and completely yours — no matter who you are or how you love.

It doesn’t just host weddings.

It holds space for them — with thought, care and intention.

Features

A space that transforms with you

Your celebration flows — and so does the venue.
The hall begins as a banquet space, then shifts while guests are upstairs for dessert. Tables slide aside and become bleacher-style seating, revealing the dance floor below.
Lighting deepens, the disco ball spins, the fire pit glows — and the night begins again.
It’s seamless, surprising, and made to be remembered.

Grounded in nature

The gardens at Projekt 3488 are layered with native plants, sculptural textures and a sense of stillness that feels worlds away from the city.
Boardwalks, soft light and curated plantings create a space that feels intentionally wild — immersive, calming, and unmistakably Warburton.
It’s a breath of fresh air for you and your guests, just over an hour from Melbourne.

Design in every detail

With architectural lighting, layered textures, and a natural backdrop that shifts with the time of day, Projekt 3488 sets the tone before anything’s added.
The space is already full of character — and still leaves room for your own.
Thoughtful decor, sculptural elements and ambient finishes mean you can keep styling simple, or bring in just what feels like you.

TESTIMONIAL

★★★★★

We had our wedding at Projekt 3488 in November last year, and it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the wonderful owners, Mark and Sandi.

Projekt 3488 is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Warburton, boasting a stunning native garden and a unique charm that set the stage for our special day perfectly. The transformation of the former masonic hall into an enchanting event space added an extra layer of magic to our ceremony.

The layout of the venue was exceptional, with the ceremony and speeches taking place upstairs, and the reception downstairs. We particularly loved the long tables that seamlessly transitioned into a dance floor, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests.

The quirky decor of Projekt 3488, including paintings of ducks in regal attire and intriguingly titled books, sparked conversation throughout the evening and still to this day. It was evident that Mark and Sandi put great care and attention into every detail, ensuring that each corner of the venue held its own delightful surprise.

One of the most memorable moments of our wedding was during our final dance when Mark and Sandi showered the dance floor with freeze-dried rose petals from above, creating a mesmerizing snowflake-like effect that left everyone cheering.

Overall, Projekt 3488 exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Mark and Sandi’s incredible hospitality, combined with the venue’s unique charm and stunning surroundings, made our wedding day unforgettable. We cannot recommend Projekt 3488 enough to couples looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding (or event!) venue in Melbourne’s Yarra Valley.

Thank you, Mark and Sandi, for creating such a magical experience for us and our guests.
